At T10, we aim to deliver your coffee, flowers, and chocolates with the highest care and efficiency.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next day.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select areas).
  

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over $100.

• Express or Same-Day delivery may include an additional fee (displayed at checkout).

Delivery Areas

• We currently ship within USA.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Special Notes

• Flowers are delivered fresh and may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.

• Chocolates and coffee are packed carefully to maintain quality during transit.
